Here's another way to build rhythms: filling all the right hand semiquaver slots, then dropping more and more notes.
It is not at all easy to play this crisply, at speed. Listen to your playing carefully.

Try that with a long-short 'kick' in the left hand. make sure that notes that are meant to be together, are together.
