Dig the novel way of descending - looks like flat-three minor triad - twice!
The left hand is a boilerplate place-holder - two up and two down, down the root-flat-seven-maj-sixth-minor-sixth and a round-we-go. Up by tones from C; cover ditto from F to B when you've done this.
