This difficulty is the leap from m7 to m3 halfway through the exercise and on the repeat. All fingering decisions have to revolve round this.
Watch out for the surprise RH 5th (not flat-5th) in bar 3 (of each pattern).
The left hand tuplet crotchets/quarter notes in the LH at the end of the pattern shouldn't be too difficult. Right hand is in tuplet quavers, so each LH crotchet is worth two of those. The difficulty is believing it's so easy.
The pattern modulates up a whole tone but that doesn't mean the right and left hands rise a whole tone - the RH actually leaps a fifth and the LH falls a semitone.
Always approach these exercises methodically and patiently.
A second set of three - Fm, Gm and Am.
