Two intermediate piano solos
Here are two intermediate piano solos - 'Only Love' (a Nana Mouskouri song) and 'Le Cygne', a well-known melody from Camille Saint-Saens' 'Carnaval Des Animaux'.
'Only Love' is a 1984 song by Greek singer Nana Mouskouri. It was the theme song to the American TV series Mistral's Daughter, based on the novel by Judith Krantz.
I adapted it to for ballet class ('plies' music) by stretching the melody into three-four and removing the extra bar(s) before the 'B' section.
If you prefer the original, my version is in the same key (G major), so you can probably reverse my adaptations once you know the piece. (Good exercise, too!)

'Le Cygne ' (The Swan) comes from French composer Camille Saint-Saens' 'Carnaval Des Animaux' (Carnival of the Animals) suite, which was published in 1922, a year after the composer's death.

The piece was originally scored as a cello solo with accompaniment.
